Plain Concepts has been able to adapt to the great changes that we have been experiencing over the last few years, always with the aim of improving the quality of life of all those who interact with us. The fact that we have grown so much in such a short period of time implies a lot of responsibility and commitment from each one of us.
In this intense phase, our customers, employees, shareholders, suppliers, subsidiaries, partners and other social representatives expect our business to be conducted with integrity and in compliance with the law. This Code of Ethics is a commitment to make our Plain Concepts group more transparent and closer to all its stakeholders.

Whistleblowing channel
PLAIN CONCEPTS Group is compromised with transparency and compliance with the law in its relations with its employees, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. The actions of PLAIN CONCPTS are based on the respect of the values: honesty, loyalty, transparency, trust, professionalism, innovative spirit, among others.
PLAIN CONCEPTS has a Code of Ethics which includes the ethical principles that must govern all business activities, as well as its management bodies, its professionals linked to a company of the PLAIN CONCEPTS Group and all those clients, suppliers, partners and, other third parties that provide services, supply goods or interact with the companies that are part of the PLAIN CONCEPTS Group.
This Whistleblowing Channel is a confidential communication system that PLAIN COCENPTS make available to all members of the Organisation, as well to all interested third parties. The objective of the Whistleblowing Channel is the reception, retention and management reports about irregularities and non-compliance with the regulations or the code of Ethics of PLAIN CONCEPTS.
Any possible irregularity or non-compliance related to financial, accounting, commercial or compliance bad practices committed by employees or Companies of the Group may be reported.

Reports are managed externally to ensure the independence of the Company and the confidentiality and anonymity of the Whistleblower.
